Abstract

The next big integration that Microsoft Teams provides is Bots. Bots are a broad name, especially in Teams. The basic definition of a bot is that it’s a computer program that can autonomously execute tasks. Chatbots more specifically are programmed in such a way that they can understand our language and then can act, more or less, in a human way on it. They can execute a command, but they are also used, for instance, to moderate chatrooms, where they are trained to understand profanity.
