Abstract

Many genetic problems in fields of medicine, biotechnology and bio-medical engineering are connected with secrets of complete sets of chromosomes (karyotypes) in human and other eukaryotic organisms. The article is devoted to new symmetries inside complete sets of chromosomes, which add important knowledge into the field of cytogenetics. Simultaneously the article describes new methods of analysis and modeling long sequences of hydrogen bonds in DNA. The proposed model approach is connected with the tensor product of matrices and with formalisms of quantum informatics. The described results can be used in development of new approaches for modeling genetic informatics from standpoint of quantum informatics.
