Abstract

The recruitment of new workers in a company is a critical and crucial decision due to the fact that employees are the basis, fundament and main support of their working environment. Following the objective of minimizing subjectivity and the excessive use of assumptions as a valid skill for choosing the proper candidate to fulfill a work place in a company, an attractive method for choosing staff based on Multicriterio Decisions Making and Fuzzy Logic is proposed, in a mathematical model through the multicriterio technique known as TOPSIS.
