Abstract
The innovation topic is one of the important ways for industrial design students to deeply understand product design. The PTC thermal thematic innovation design of this study systematically analyzes the functional principle, material properties, processing technology and physics of PTC thermal components. Combined with design research, user research, brainstorming, creative optimization, feasibility analysis, in-depth design, etc., It can develop a series of new product ideas based on PTC principle, and then cooperate with technology research Structural optimization, a series of meaningful new product design solutions centered on people’s needs and life optimization were born.
This study was funded by the Guangdong Provincial Social Science Research Fund Project GD17XYS18, China.
