Abstract
The process of reproduction of labor resources is paid attention in all economically developed countries of the world. The article presents a new approach to improving the efficiency of motivation in the modern economy.
In the digital economy, new demands are being placed on labor resources. At the same time, the problem of replacing a person with digital means appears. Based on a study of the demographic situation in rural areas and the work of scientists dealing with labor resources, the need to overcome «the digital gap» and improve the labor resources quality has been identified.
The authors noted the need to consider motivation as the cumulative effect of the government bodies of different levels efforts and human behavior in the current economic conditions. The accumulative or cumulative effect of motivation is substantiated.
The country leaders have planned a breakthrough in the agriculture efficiency associated with the digitization of the economy and the use of the latest achievements of genetics, robotics, and innovations development. And it ultimately depends on the competencies and motivation of people. The authors concluded on the basis of the proposed approach to the consideration of motivation.
