Abstract

Aiming at the problem of low efficiency of maintenance support of traditional deteriorated components, an optimization model of maintenance strategy based on Markov chain is proposed. According to the exponential distribution of life cycle and state transition time, the equipment degradation failure state is divided into several States, and the optimal detection cycle and maintenance threshold are determined by model analysis to minimize the overall maintenance cost of the system.
