Abstract
In this chapter, we summarized the results provided in this book. We repeat that we have introduced application utility functions to model quality of service (QoS) for applications and leveraged convex optimization resource allocation to assign resources optimally to the applications based on the traffic type, application priorities and/or user priorities. We also mention that the channel conditions play an integral role in realistic modeling of the resource allocation. We iterate that we have leveraged the modulation and coding scheme along with propagation modeling to assign resource according to the Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) needs such that not are the resources assigned according to the traffic type and user/application priorities, but they are also distributed according to the channel conditions.
