Abstract

Personas help design teams understand user expectations and set goals. Occasionally, personas lose effect due to a lack of foresight and extensive data. This paper provides a persona method combining scenario thinking and the LDA model. We optimize the traditional personas by integrating existing methods. The method enhances the ability to collect predictive information and analyze big data has a better value of foresight. The workflow of this method is introduced in a future mobile system that is a forecast scenario. Eight foresighted personas are obtained in this practice case, which shows the applicability of the method to gain insight into future user types.
