The Influence of Psychosocial Risk Factors on the Appearance of Accumulative Trauma Disorders in Working Women in the Administrative Health Sector

Abstract

This research relates psychosocial risk factor and cumulative trauma disorders, in women in administrative charge in the health sector, correlating repetitive movements, muscle overload, workload, working hours and interpersonal relationships, Method: qualitative with descriptive and exploratory scope, to identify the characteristics of the situation generated at the time of application of the study. Surveys were conducted on psychosocial risk factors and cumulative trauma disorders (ADDDs). Result: With the application of the surveys bearing in mind the type of contract and remuneration, average risk score was obtained for the psychosocial factor and pathologies such as backache and cervicalgia are the most predominant. Conclusion: Psychosocial risks and ADD, highlight the role of workers as integral beings, not taking care of themselves or acting in a timely manner is a focus of vulnerability to suffering from a musculoskeletal injury.
