Abstract

This paper focuses on the smart care requirements of elderly people and nursing staff in the pension agency under the background of active aging, by applying user interviews, questionnaire surveys and service design theories. The lifestyle of the elderly and the nursing service modes in nursing institutions are analyzed through the stakeholder value network and the service flowchart. The nursing service system of the pension agency is determined based on the “smart nursing, scientific care” concepts. The paper aims to reduce the workload of care personnel, and to provide high-quality service strategies and user experience for smart care service innovations.
