Abstract
As an inseparable part of the whole panel, entitled: “Teaching Methods in Architectural Ergonomics”, the article shall shed some light on the methodology and the course of research, as well as on its detailed results connected with the issue of the academic zone, along with general remarks connected with scientific methods applied at the Faculty of Architecture of the Silesian University of Technology, which represents the “Silesian School of the Qualitative Research in Architecture”, with its 20-year experience gained over the years as a result of series of research carried out within the buildings and urban spaces.
