Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find the psychological and physiological characteristics of the elderly in the community, as well as the existing problems in daily exercise, actual needs and potential needs. So as to truly scientifically and effectively improve the effect of exercise and provide the basis for the implementation of the design of programs for personalized and customized sports for the elderly in the community. Through the research methods of literature, interview, mathematical statistics, logical analysis and 5W2H design methods, this study further explores and probes into the fact that there is a blind obedience to the majority of community elders during exercise, lack of fitness guidance, lack of supervision and effectiveness evaluation and other issues. According to the data analysis of the survey, this study designed to plan how to implement the program of personalized customization for the elderly in the community in the future.
