Abstract

Since the light bulb invention more than a hundred years ago, light bulbs and lighting in general have appeared in a variety of functions and morphological differentiation. Consumers have long been satisfied with the functional needs of lighting and spending tends to saturation. As consumer electronics becomes a more personalized technology, emphasis on emotional expression, richer aesthetics, and technology designs will broaden the boundaries of lighting beyond design. Design is based on the understanding of the user’s experience of design and reflection, The LED source, which combines the highly designed space of the light source with stable, high transparency, low temperature-curing epoxy resin materials, has created manufacturing and general lighting design differences, which tend toward innovative user experience. The purpose of this paper is to investigate user emotional needs to better design better resin lamps. This paper focuses on the user-centered design and development process, the paper explores the potential aesthetic orientation and propensity to spend by the target user groups.
