Abstract

Intelligent transportation system (ITS) extracts efficiently and reliably and ensures security of information exchange between information infrastructures residing whether on roadside or vehicles on road by incorporating with blockchain. Also ITS includes vehicular ad hoc network (VANET), roadside units (RSU), priority scheduling, blockchain and some other vital components, for combining the according to characteristics, provides information exchange upon blockchain technology, and will give the best ITS. Basic requirements can be sent emergency, life-saving and legal information which may have nationwide critical data. To achieve the requirements for the transportation system, priority-based scheduling protocol and algorithm will be merged with efficient and reliable blockchain-based transportation which will reduce the network traffic and will not affect the service ratio and reliability of transmission channel.
