Abstract
Scleritis is an uncommon inflammatory disease that may cause complications if not treated in a timely manner. Detailed systemic workup and management of a patient with scleritis is essential in management of these patients. Patients with diffuse anterior scleritis may require long-term medications under care of both ophthalmologists and rheumatologists.
