Reactive lesion of the urethral mucosa conferring a polypoid and/or papillary conformation.
Clinical Features
Incidence
It is an uncommon finding associated with urinary tract infections, indwelling catheters, or other mechanical irritation sources (Ishigooka et al. 1993).

Benign lesion
Macroscopy
Exophytic bullous edematous or polypoid lesions are associated with hemorrhagic discoloration, occasionally.
