Definition
This research study provides a bird’s eye view on all the articles described under the Indian constitution and holds every individual into account for acceptance or denial to their applications. Provided, the enormous problem that our nation faces and feels is that it’s a herculean job to make every citizen eliminate patriarchy and incline toward equalistic approach to every duty and introduce every individual into all sorts of duties and activities irrespective of their gender. Now the nation even strives first to ask for equal rights regardless of the citizen’s gender for sustainable development and then to achieve it. All the articles described under the constitution have been mentioned in the study in order to spread knowledge and awareness and can be treated as references for further knowledge.
