Abstract

Bladder diverticula are a relatively common congenital or acquired defect in the detrusor muscle leading to an outpouching of bladder mucosa. If symptomatic they require surgical management. Urachal anomalies: fistula, sinus, and cyst can all lead to symptoms, typically infection, and their management is discussed in this chapter along with rare problems such as bladder duplication.
