Zusammenfassung

In Deutschland sind Parasitosen und die Vergiftung mit Exotoxinen eine Rarität. Gerade daher werden diese Erkrankungen nicht selten zu spät erkannt. Durch die vermehrte Reiseaktivität sind Parasitosen wie die zerebrale Malaria, Zystizerkose und auch Botulismus in die Differenzialdiagnose mit einzubeziehen.
