Vaskulitiden, rheumatoide Arthritis und Kollagenosen in der Neurologie

Zusammenfassung

Vaskulitiden und Kollagenkrankheiten sind seltene Erkrankungen, die den Neurologen v. a. in der Differenzialdiagnose beschäftigen. An eine zerebrale Vaskulitis ist zu denken bei chronischen Kopfschmerzen, einer Enzephalopathie, rezidivierenden Hirninfarkten und epileptischen Anfällen. Für die Beteiligung des peripheren Nervensystems im Rahmen einer Vaskulitis spricht das klinische Bild der Mononeuropathia multiplex. Sowohl Vaskulitiden als auch Kollagenkrankheiten werden aufgrund der klinischen Befundkonstellation und laborchemischen Parameter diagnostiziert; die Diagnoseabsicherung erfolgt histologisch. In der Behandlung kommen Kortikosteroide und Immunsuppressiva zum Einsatz.
