Zusammenfassung
Psoashämatome können zu Läsionen von Beinplexus oder N. femoralis führen. Die Meralgia paraesthetica ist das häufigste Kompressionssyndrom der unteren Extremität gefolgt von der Peroneuslähmung am Fibulaköpfchen. Im Bereich des Fußes sind das mittlere und das vordere Tarsaltunnelsyndrom sowie die Morton-Metatarsalgie zu unterscheiden.
