Zusammenfassung

Leitsymptome der Trigeminusläsion sind Sensibilitätsstörungen, Schmerzen und bei Beteiligung der motorischen Anteile Paresen der Kaumuskulatur. Das wichtigste Krankheitsbild des N. trigeminus ist die Trigeminusneuralgie mit einer jährlichen Inzidenz von 4–13/100.000 Personen.
