Abstract
Malignant lymphomas of the skin form a heterogeneous group of neoplastic diseases with a broad spectrum of clinical, histological, and phenotypic manifestations, with cutaneous T-cell lymphomas and in particular mycosis fungoides being the most common lymphoma form. Frequency, prognosis and thus also the treatment of cutaneous lymphomas differ significantly from those of morphologically comparable nodal lymphomas. The classification of cutaneous lymphomas is based on the revised WHO classification 2018. Clinical–pathological correlation plays a central role in diagnosis and classification.
