Abstract
Melanoma associated retinopathy is a rare paraneoplastic syndrome that occurs in patients with cutaneous or systemic melanoma. This condition usually presents with a quiet posterior segment, vascular attenuation, and visual field changes. Immunological changes in this condition lead to characteristic absence of B waves on electroretinography. Diagnosis of melanoma associated retinopathy is relevant because re-staging of the disease and change in the management may be required. In the index chapter, a case of melanoma associated retinopathy has been illustrated.
