Abstract
Aspergillosis is the second most common mycotic ocular infection seen in patients with organ transplantation with granulocytopenia, intravenous drug infusions, and cardiac surgery. It causes retinitis and endophthalmitis. It has a poor prognosis. Treatment includes vitrectomy, intravitreal injection, and systemic azoles. Three interesting cases of Aspergillus ocular infections are presented in this chapter.
